All sales are final.
Every piece at Atelier Sur is one of a kind, pre-owned, and sold in the condition described. Measurements are listed on each product page, taken flat in cm and inches. Condition notes and photographs of any flaws are part of every listing. Please read both before you buy - vintage sizing does not match modern sizing, and a size label is not a measurement.
We do not accept returns for fit, for change of mind, or for signs of wear that are described in the listing.
WHEN WE DO ACCEPT A RETURN
We will accept a return if a piece arrives significantly different from its listing. That means one of two things:
- Damage that was not disclosed in the description or shown in the photographs.
- A measurement that differs from the listed measurement by more than 2 inches / 5 cm.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, using the tracking date, and must be approved by us before anything is sent back. Write to orders@ateliersur.co with your order number and photographs.
Return shipping is paid by us when the error is ours. In every other case it is paid by the buyer.
Once the piece is back with us and inspected, an approved refund goes to the original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once a piece has shipped, the sale stands.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY
Ask. If a measurement you need is missing, or you want more photographs of a detail, write to orders@ateliersur.co and we will send them. We would rather answer ten questions than have a piece travel twice.
